well, at first, I thought you were referring to some kind of carbon I wasn't aware of and frenetically googled it to finaly figure out you were referring to... ...low carbon as it shows up everywhere on google.

Hum, interesting question, I think that most of us are remotely connected to the issue, but there certainly must be a member out there interested in the issue. I know for a fact that many of the WAYS members (http://ways.org) are interested in those issues. You can check it out.
