Essential Qualifications:
Graduation with an acceptable doctoral degree (Ph.D) from a recognized university in Geography, Engineering, Earth sciences, or related disciplines, with a specialization in hydrology. Applicants who are in the final stages prior to thesis defence will also be considered, provided they will graduate by an agreed-upon time of starting the position.

Asset Qualifications:
Graduate degree with added specialization in applied mathematics, computer science, hydro-ecology and/or hydraulics.
