to Lake Baikal
(Irkutsk) to view frost-related features in the
Aldan upland, the Chulman and Chara basins, the Stanovoy, Udokan and Kodar
ranges, and the Lake
Baikal area. Activities
will include field observation of unique cryogenic processes, discussion of
future joint research programs, establishment of international geocryological
research sites, etc.
