The Federal Program "Researchers and Educators of Innovative Russia" for 2009-2013 is aimed to raise the amount of young (under 39) high qualified human resources at universities and in academia. The program presented is for research collectives leaded by the Dr. Sci. and including 1 Postdoctoral Research (PhD), at least 2 PhD students, and not less than 2 master students.
The complicated documentation and multiplicity of forms to be filled and delivered in Moscow by July 2, 2009 is compensated with the opportunity to gain less than 2 000 000 roubles annually starting from 2009 till 2011.
Initiatives are welcome to propose any theme in the sphere of "Assessment of Resources and Forecast of State of Lithosphere and Biosphere".
